Legal basis for our cooperation

1Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between ReelVision (hereinafter "Provider") and customers (hereinafter "Customer") who obtain services in the areas of web design, hosting, maintenance and related services. Deviating conditions of the customer only apply if they have been confirmed in writing by the provider.

2Services

The provider provides services in the areas of:

  • Creation and design of websites
  • Hosting & technical support
  • Maintenance, updates and support
  • Consulting in online marketing & SEO (if agreed)

The exact scope of services results from the respective offer, which becomes part of the contract.

3Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded through written acceptance of an offer or through written confirmation (e.g. by email).

4Prices & Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), excluding VAT (unless otherwise stated).
  • Payment is made according to the offer or invoice, usually within 30 days net.
  • The provider reserves the right to suspend services (e.g. hosting) in case of payment default.

5Customer Cooperation Obligations

The customer provides all necessary information, content (texts, images, logos) and access in a timely and complete manner. Delays due to missing content are not the responsibility of the provider.

6Rights to Work Results

  • The provider grants the customer a simple, unlimited usage right to the created websites after full payment.
  • Unpaid drafts and concepts remain the property of the provider.
  • Rights to third-party software (e.g. plugins, themes) are governed by the respective license terms of the manufacturers.

7Hosting & Maintenance

  • For hosting and maintenance contracts, the provider provides services such as operation, security, updates and support according to a separate service contract or offer.
  • The provider is entitled to perform maintenance work that may lead to short-term interruptions.

8Warranty & Liability

  • The provider guarantees careful and professional provision of services.
  • No guarantee is given for a specific ranking in search engines (SEO) or a specific economic effect.
  • The provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. No liability is assumed for consequential damages, lost profits or data loss.

9Contract Duration & Termination

  • Project contracts end with the provision of the agreed service.
  • Ongoing contracts (e.g. hosting, maintenance) have, unless otherwise agreed, a minimum term of 12 months and are automatically extended by another 12 months unless terminated in writing at least 30 days before expiry.

10Data Protection

The provider undertakes to treat customer data confidentially and to use it only within the scope of contract execution. Further details are regulated in the separate privacy policy.

11Final Provisions

  • Changes or additions to these GTC require written form.
  • Should a provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
  • Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider.
